Staff substitution cost:
It is the percentage of the substituted worker's cost. That is: days on sick leave x daily gross wage + company payment + cost of holidays. This would be multiplied by the percentage entered by the user. .

Voluntary supplement in C.C
Add the supplement percentage if it is higher that what is established in the following regulation (articles 13 and 14 of Decree 1646/1972 of 23 June This link will be opened in a pop-up window and single article, Royal Decree 53/1980, of 11 January This link will be opened in a pop-up window):
  • The first 3 days: The employee does not receive any temporary incapacity benefit.
  • From the 4th to the 15th day: The temporary incapacity benefit is 60% to be paid by the company.
  • From the 16th to the 20th day: The temporary incapacity benefit is 60% to be paid by the mutual society.
  • From the 21st day onward: The temporary incapacity benefit is 75% to be paid by the mutual society.
