Delta is a global communications system for the notification and the treatment of the work-related accidents, expediting the distribution of information, eliminating recording and treatment costs and simplifying communication between the different users involved, whilst also guaranteeing the confidentiality of the content of the documents. It is targeted at Companies or freelance workers (freelancers with specific work accident coverage) in their own right or through authorized representatives, Management Entities(INSS - National Institute for Social Security, ISM - Social Marine Institute), Collaborating Entities (Mutual Societies for Work-related Accidents, Collaborating Companies) and Employment Authorities(applicable provincial employment authorities).
