At FREMAP, social assistance forms part of the comprehensive care that is developed from a biopsychosocial approach, together with the team of healthcare professionals.

Collaboration in the recovery process until the patient has achieved the greatest possible autonomy and is adapted to the environment in the most optimal conditions.

Psychosocial care for patients and family members
that have suffered a work-related accident or illness. -
Information and Advice
on Social Resources for patients in a situation of Temporary Disability due to common contingencies or work-related injuries and that our social intervention is understood as appropriate. -
Support for the family members
of the deceased workers. -
Inform and advise on management of the benefit for the care of minors suffering from cancer or another serious disease.

Work with patients admitted to their own Hospitals and to third-party centres.

- Activation of Resources: Obtaining public certificates and benefits.
- Coordination with our prevention technicians for technical adaptations in homes.

Retraining
The Occupational Rehabilitation Centre is located in Majadahonda. In addition, there is the possibility of receiving training in each province of the national territory. The training can either be done in person, through the virtual classroom or with the online format
Labour intermediation service
The FREMAP Labour Intermediation Service is an area within the Social Work Department, whose main objective is to promote insertion into the labour market of workers of companies associated with our MUTUAL who, after having suffered a work-related accident or occupational disease, are in a situation of unemployment.
The Labour Intermediation Service offers the Job Search Skills Course, in order to provide the tools and strategies suitable for injured workers in mutual society companies who, after having suffered a work-related accident or occupational disease, have lost their job, or even due to serious consequences, cannot develop it again.
