Retraining

What is retraining?

It is a personalised vocational guidance and training programme provided to workers affected by a Work-related Injury or Occupational Disease in order to reduce its impact and promote integration into the labour market.

How to access it

By contacting the relevant social worker and requesting this training.

Vocational assessment and guidance of each one of the candidates for the courses will take place at the Hospital of Majadahonda.

Who can request the benefit?

Be a worker at a FREMAP mutual company and, as a result of a work-related accident or illness, require job retraining.
