Cookie Policy

A cookie is a file that is downloaded to the user's computer/smartphone/tablet when accessing certain websites which stores and retrieves information about the browsing from that device.

What happens if I deactivate or reject cookies from the website?

It will not affect the visualisation of the page as it is not rejecting the cookies necessary for the correct functioning and viewing of the website.

What are the different types of cookies that we use at FREMAP?

a) Own cookies: these are the cookies sent to the user's terminal equipment from a computer or domain managed by the editor and from which the service requested by the user is provided

b) Third-party cookies: these are the cookies sent to the user's terminal equipment from a computer or domain that is not managed by the editor, but by another entity that processes the data obtained through cookies.

c) Technical cookies: these cookies allow users to browse through a website, platform or application and to use the different options or services that exist in it, including those used by the editor to allow the management and operation of the website and enable its functions and services. This type of cookies are necessary for the correct functioning of the website and do not require the informed consent of the user and therefore cannot be managed by the user.

d) Analytical or measurement cookies: these are cookies that allow the manager to monitor and analyse the behaviour of users of websites to which they are linked, including measuring advertising impact.

e) Session cookies: cookies designed to collect and store data whilst the user accesses a web page. They are usually used to store information that is only necessary to provide the service requested by the user on a single occasion (e.g. a list of purchased products) and they disappear when the session ends.

f) Persistent cookies: these are cookies where data continues to be stored on the device and can be accessed and processed for a period defined by the cookie manager, which could range from several minutes to several years.

g) Advertising cookies: these enable the advertising space on the WEBSITE to be managed in the most effective way possible, storing behavioural information about the User obtained through continuous tracking of their browsing habits, which allows a specific profile to be developed and suitable ads displayed on the basis thereof.
