FREMAP renews its commitment to the Diversity Charter
FREMAP, collaborative Mutual Society with the Social Security Institute num. 61, renews its adherence to the Charter of the Diversity.
The Charter of Diversity is framed within directives against the discrimination of the European Union and it has as an objective to promote management and inclusion work experience programs of the diversity in the companies and Spanish and companies institutions public.
Another of objectives is that one of to promote the development of researches and teaching of this knowledge in the academia and to promote the exchange of good work experience programs between all social agents.
The Charter of Diversity is a letter of commitment to that which FREMAP has been adhered, with voluntary character, to promote its commitment towards fundamental principles of equality, respect for the right of the inclusion of all the people regardless of its profiles various, in the working environment and in the society, recognition of the profits that offers the inclusion of the cultural diversity, demographic and social in its organisation, specific policy implementation to promote a working environment free to prejudices with regard to employment, training and promotion and promotion of programmes of not discrimination towards disadvantaged groups.
