Self-employed workers that are part of the RETA, provided that they are covered for work-related injuries and occupational diseases.

Request Form

Submit the request form to FREMAP, who will manage the benefit for termination of activity of self-employed workers. FREMAP will be in charge of paying, acknowledging, suspending, cancelling and resuming the benefits.
