In the Forms section you will find the necessary documents to carry out the procedures directly.
- Request the cancellation from the INSS, presenting the cancellation request document Social Security Delegation, at least one month before the expiry date of the association agreement.
- Fill the application to join FREMAP.
- If you also wish to have FREMAP cover for the Economic Benefit for Common Contingencies, you must fill in the Annexe to the membership document.
- Submit the FREMAP Association Proposal together with the previously submitted cancellation document in the Social Security Institute.
- Send a copy of the documentation submitted to the Social Security Treasury to your nearest FREMAP office.
Once the procedure has been completed, the change will be effective starting on the day after the date specified in the cancellation certificate.
