Entrepreneur Service Points (ESP) are responsible for:
- Providing information and advice to entrepreneurs, helping them define and begin the electronic procedures necessary to get their business initiative underway during the first few years.
- Initiating the administrative procedures necessary to set up the company through the Single Electronic Document (SED).
ESPs may be under the auspices of public or private entities, professional associations, business organisations or chambers of commerce. These centres must sign an agreement with the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism in order to act as such.
