To support the Policy, FREMAP has a Management System, driven by Management, which contributes a systematic approach to daily activities. As a reference to establish, introduce and improve this Management System, standard UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 is adhered to.

Certificates and accreditations
Since 1996, FREMAP has had a UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, certified by an ENAC-accredited entity, which encompasses all of its activities and centres (outpatient, inpatient and administrative) throughout Spain.
Since 2001, FREMAP has held the MADRID EXCELENTE Certificate of Guarantee, which guarantees compliance with the criteria of quality and excellence established by the certificate.
In 2008, FREMAP received the Madrid Excelente Award for customer trust in the Large Enterprise category.
Since 2000, FREMAP has had a UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, certified by an ENAC-accredited entity, which encompasses all of its activities and centres (outpatient, inpatient and administrative) throughout Spain.
Since 2018, FREMAP has had a UNE-ISO/IEC 27001:2014 Information Security Management System in place, certified by an ENAC-accredited entity, which encompasses all of its activities and centres (outpatient, inpatient and administrative) throughout Spain.
Since 2014, FREMAP has been renewing the Bequal Certificate in the PLUS category, which is issued by the Bequal Foundation.
This certificate recognises FREMAP's procedures and policies in favour of equal opportunity and non-discrimination for people with disabilities, and FREMAP's commitment to improving and enhancing of the levels and quality of employment for these individuals.
The Bequal certificate verifies not only the legal compliance of companies, such as the legal quota of reserving 2% of jobs for companies with more than 50 workers, but also the integration of disability-inclusive policies and procedures in different areas of the company that enable the incorporation of people with disabilities into these areas.
Since 2003, FREMAP has drawn up its Annual Sustainability and Corporate Governance Report in accordance with the criteria established in the Global Reporting Initiative, the strictest international standard for sustainability reports, and had it duly verified by an independent firm.
The FREMAP Dimensional Metrology Laboratory belongs to the Professional Retraining Service and has been accredited by ENAC (the Spanish Accreditation Entity) since 1994, under reference number: 11/LC10.004 for performing calibrations in the lab and on site in the Spanish industry, in accordance with standard UNE EN ISO/IEC 17025 "General requirements regarding responsibilities in testing and calibration laboratories". It also belongs to the RLA (Madrid Laboratories Network), with number 186.

To comply with Prevention Act 31/1995 and Prevention Services Regulation, R.D. 39/1997, the FREMAP Prevention System undergoes an external audit every four years.
The Asturian Institute for Occupational Risk Prevention (IRAPRL) has communicated the renewal of the Asturian System of Secure Mobility in the Company to FREMAP.
Since 2018, FREMAP has had the Asturian Seal of Safe Mobility in the Workplace, which acknowledges, promotes and incentivises the management of occupational road safety policies by implementing Road Safety Plans in the workplace, as per the requirements of the Safe Mobility Guide for the Workplace, drawn up in 2016 by the Traffic Department (DGT) and the Asturian Institute of Occupational Health and Safety (IAPRL).
Safe mobility is crucial to avoiding traffic accidents when travelling on the job. This distinction promotes responsible practices and contributes to a more secure working environment in Asturias.
The Hand Trauma Center is an award given by the FESSH (Federation of the European Societies for Surgery of the Hand) to the FREMAP Hospital in Majadahonda since 2017 as the highest accreditation in hand surgery.
The Certification Scheme promoted by the
Agencia Española de Protección de Datos [Spanish Data Protection Agency], guarantees that the FREMAP Data Protection Officer has had the necessary professional skills since 2020
and that they have been certified by companies accredited by ENAC (Certificate No. ES2011210).
