At FREMAP, there are over 4,472 of us working for the well-being of over 4,700,000 workers.

We are a Mutual Society for Work-related Injuries and Occupational Diseases collaborating with the National Social Security Institute that offers occupational risk prevention, healthcare, rehabilitation, reintegration into the job market and more.

At FREMAP, we are pleased to help ensure that risks and injuries do not prevent our members from carrying out their individual or group projects.

As a mutual society, we currently have the largest network of work centres in Spain, with over 200, nearly all of which are healthcare centres. We have four hospitals of our own, two hospitals shared with other mutual societies, and four additional hospitals for cases in which surgery requires a short hospitalisation period.

'Prevention is better than cure' is not only an idiom. The most important thing for us is avoiding work-related injuries, that is our point of departure and we work hard on prevention and on training for our members: companies and self-employed workers.

We assign a single contact person for each injury, a manager who streamlines procedures for each specific case, for each specific person.
