Article 331.1.b of the General Law on Social Security

Force majeure shall be deemed to exist in the temporary partial termination when the interruption in the activity of the company affects a work sector or centre, an emergency declaration has been made by the competent public authority and there is a drop in the company's revenue of 75% compared to the same period in the previous year, and the monthly income of the self-employed worker does not reach the minimum wage or the contribution basis the individual was paying, if lower.​​
